         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the author had a good pattern of complimenting the city, and then stating it's flaws. I think this helped depict the "tale of two cities" because although Chicago can be good, there is also a lot of bad. </div>]]></description>

As a writer to make something interesting you almost have to capture the emotion that is in your message and make the reader feel that deeply as that is what drives a reader deep into the story. </div>]]></description>

I also think the pattern of going from good aspects to bad aspects of the city assisted in the reader's understand of a kind of "fight" between seeing Chicago as beautiful and seeing it as ugly.</div>]]></description>
