Reviewing and selecting textbooks, developing curriculum, designing assessment measures, and tweaking presentation materials again and again has taken a toll. However, when I read the various learning theories and started to conceptualize my role as more of a facilitator and guide and less of a lecturer and assessor, I found new energy and passion.
