My school is in a small village called Palaios (old) Mylotopos ( that means a place which have a lot of watermills).
The old name of the village was Vodrista or Boudrista. The present name is due to the many watermills that operated until the early 1970s. Two post-Byzantine churches are preserved in Old Mylotop: the Church of Agia Paraskevi (1756) and the Church of Agios Athanasios (1800).
