Outcomes are the menifesitation of the process, it is the evidence that proves if the plan has been implemented successfully or not and at the same time it is providing a chance for recalibration.

I feel it is not necessary to choose who we are. cuz i think a planner is all-around. While a planner is playing the role of a facilitator by using communication and networking strategies, which is focused on the process. Also, it is also important to act as an activist to express the organization goals and their own goals for building a better city like build a sustainable community and equity political system; and then act as technicians for analyzing the information professionally cuz we always have to use map or images to express our ideas or use collective data to summary and get the outcomes.
