Additionally, it was found that the immunity of the two shot vaccine was around 31.7 years, while the immunity of the one shot vaccine was almost double that, at around 60.2 years.
5. Therefore, the one shot vaccine is more effective and has a longer amount of immunity than the two shot vaccine.

Based on the experiments and researches, it is proven the Pfizer vaccine is 95% effective, meaning it is 95% effective in preventing COVID cases with symptoms, whereas Johnson and Johnson vaccine is proven to be 66% effective in preventing COVID symptoms
