Reflecting on this video is given a brief and concise understanding of the concepts that are contained within crypto-currency. 

Since I already have a fair understanding of what crypto-currency is there is nothing new in this video that I need to know about, but that might not be the case for you. I chose this video because it is quick and concise about what crypto currency is.
