The Great Wall of China

Today I went to the Great Wall. This wall was made for the purpose of keeping the silk road caravans safe from the bandits and crooks and is located in the region of East Asia. The Wall stretched for thousands of miles in front of me and I could not see the end. Under the Great Wall there was nothing but lush, green, forest. Also I was just in time for the annual Great Wall Festival and got to see some really talented singers. It really was an amazing day!

Fukuoka

Today I went to Fukuoka, Japan. Fukuoka is known to be the first city in Japan to grow rice fields. Japan is located under Korea and in the region of East Asia. There was a bustling city with everything you could imagine-where I got tons of my accessories and little note pads and mints and etc but there was also a calm part, where there was a little town and a beautiful cherry blossom tree path. It was very peaceful and really calmed me. I loved the landscapes and the nature!!

Jeju-do

In this fishing island of Korea, East Asia, there are mostly only cottages, including the one I stayed in, except for the capital city, Jeju-si. Fact about Jeju: in the Korean War, Jeju´s men all went and most died, which is the reason almost only women work nowadays. Mostly a lot of the seafood in Korea is from Jeju. The used-to-be volcano, Hanla-san, (also the tallest mountain in Korea), is the prettiest sight you could ever see. And if you like seafood, like me, then this is the place for you! Here there is fresh fish caught right that morning touched with some salts and spices. Also, this island can amaze you with its beaches! There is everything to do from riding a float, tanning yourself, to even surfing! Going to Jeju can be the beginning of an adventurous trip. I found that out the hard way.😉
