The cutthroat nature of the company had put both you and John Phillips in a very tight position: Both of you had to fight for their job through a project. The winner would be promoted, the loser would be fired. It was a close fight, but you were winning. The client was very impressed by you and was about to sign the papers. But John Phillips cheated and used bribes and lies to drive the client away from you, eventually getting the signature himself. As such, he was promoted and you were fired. After you were fired, you dabbled in the music industry for a bit, but always experienced failure. You always blamed W John Phillips for what happened to you, and always thought about revenge.

You were John Phillips secretary in Cuban Imports Inc. He was a very nice boss to work for, but after office hours he was a drunkard. You got the job because your boyfriend was the boss of Cuban Imports Inc. You don’t miss John Phillips much, as he wasn’t a big part of your life.

After a few months of being W John Phillips secretary, you started receiving weird calls where a woman would be crying over the phone, or shouting expletives at you, saying things like “Stay away from John Phillips!”

You’ve been a cop for 30 years, and you have a flawless record. You’ll be retiring when you hit 50, and this will probably be your last assignment. You were given two objectives: One, protect the witness. Two, train the rookie you were paired with. You’re regretful that on your last assignment, something could go wrong. As your duty would be over at 0300, and it was simply 5 minutes away, you thought a quick one wouldn’t hurt. So you drove to the nearest drive-thru 24 hour coffee joint, bought your coffee and drove back to the house. At 0300, you went in to do your routine check before handing over the duty to the next pair, and that was when you found John Phillips murdered.

Francesco Di Maria approached you while you were on your way home one day, and asked you about John Phillips. You are a cop with a perfect record and a strong sense of integrity, so you never breathed a word.

After you were done with your business, you suggested coffee and your partner Bob Maxwell drove to the 24 hour drive-thru coffee joint. You came back just in time for your routine check at 0300 before you hand over the duty, where you found the dead John Phillips.

In revenge, you had an affair with his best friend, Harold Alexander. The affair was on for about 1 year before you realized Harold was the one you really love. You wanted to divorce John but he had already moved out and you had no way of contacting him. Marriage to Harold was also impossible because of State Laws on polygamy.

Yes, the drug trafficking charges are legitimate. You were running an underground business smuggling drugs into the country. You later hired a PI to find out who blew the whistle on you, and you found out that it was John Phillips. You tried to find him but he was already put under Witness Protection. Eventually, you gave up looking for him to settle the score, and worked on your case with your lawyers.

There was reason enough for you to get rid of John Phillips. He had left the house, leaving Andrea Belucci all alone. She wouldn’t know it was you who killed John Phillips. He was the one who ruined your career. And once he was dead, you could not only forge a return to the company but also marry Andrea since she would be widowed then. So you made plans and bought a gun. It took you 3 months to plan the entire murder and find out where he was living at. Finally, you found his house, climbed in through the open window of his bedroom, and shot him in his sleep.

You later find out that your grown-up son works at a tobacco company named Cuban Imports Inc. You don’t know much about it but that your son is a Junior Supervisor there. Since the company was suspended, he was left doing odd-jobs for the company warehouse.
