With its boosting toursim industy to energy and engineering , manfucatuing and wine industry and stunning landscape and architecture makes it a remarkel city indeed
But with all that aclaim the province had deep undelyning social issues . From  poverty to social economic exlusion anf racism .Unemployment , susbtance abuse .  Human trafficking and drugs .its evident that cape town has societal issues that no one wants to talk about or has an opnion but are to afriad to express it .
So what's your thoughts whos to blame ? National or provincal goverment .The private or public sector .Acdemics and schools . Religous instiutions or the people themsevles ?
