The documentary talks about how women are less likely to be in a leadership position because of the dominence of men in society. The documentary focused more on conspiracy theories than it did actual facts, including very far-fetched opinions on the attack. For example, someone believed that 9/11 was carried out by a bomb and computer graphics, or that the United States Government was behind it all. Personally, I didn't agree with most of these theories and I felt that some of them were exaggerations of the truth. Although, I do think that there are more secrets and information regarding 9/11 that we don't know, and possibly never will.

The main points of this is they hire a professional mechanic to complete a full diagnostics on a 3 separate cars and fix anything wrong in preparation to take them to an unnamed mechanic shop for an oil change. After the check up is complete and the cars are in perfect condition, they hire 3 very different people to take in the cars to the shops to witness first hand the amount of upscaling they do. When they go in they are almost immediately offered a more expensive oil change which is suppose to be better for the car, and after their inspection with all 3 cars they find an extensive amount of "problems" and pressure the people into paying for a fix. Little did they know there were cameras in the cars which revealed that they charged for all the work but none of it was done. It talked about how even women have the same leadership position as a man, they might not be paid the same amount as men or given the respect they deserve. This documentary does very well to describe the "miss" treatment of women in workplaces. It as well talks about the cruelty that is brought upon women when in a workplace which often diminishes a women's self-esteem, causing a less confident attitude not capable of reaching the leadership position.
