At this stage of my career, I think I am looking for good practice examples. Sometimes the information, the theory is somehow easy to find, but you can read it and not being able to understand how you can put it in practice, until you really see it, at your colleague teacher for example. I always believed that to be a good teacher you need a good teacher to learn from. I believe that, in university, we didn’t do enough “internship”. I think the best way to learn how to do it is watching others doing it (at least, that works for me). Some would say the best way to learn is do it yourself, that it has greater impact when you discover by yourself. But I believe that, as a novice, it is easier or faster to learn from the bests. In time, we will get experience and get creatives by ourselves.
