Many of them go there after school. One of the most popular visits are when Nikki and Brandon go there together. One day Brandon put a note on Nikki's locker and told her too meet up at the Cupcakery, she didn't receive that message because of Mackenzie. Mackenzie took that letter and gave it too Nikki 3 days later. Once Nikki waited for Brandon and Brandon waited for Nikki. They both got upset with each other because they stood each other up without knowing. Nikki writes everything in it, her emotions, secrets, and passcodes. Once Nikki lost her diary for three weeks she was going crazy. Mackenzie luckily found it, but she didn't return it. She covered it up with a cheetah print and started to write to Nikki in it. Nikki's diary has a huge part of this book. They help return books and they also return them onto the shelves. While they work they gossip about whats happening in their lives, crushes, drama, and there overall school gossip. Once Nikki Maxwell lost her diary, her nemesis Mackenzie Hollister has stolen her diary. Everything was in that diary including secrets, crushes, emotions, and passcodes to almost everything. She hacked into Nikki’s miss know it all page and started giving out horrible advice toward everyone submitting responses. Now she was known as the bug girl in the video. This bug video was a huge problem for Mackenzie, she lost her best friend Jessica because of it. This bug video played a huge role onto the book, Mackenzie wouldn't want to leave for North Hampton unless the video didn't get out.
