Grades

In math my grade is S how i can improve this is my revising at home and maybe trying to do some homework to really understand math.

Target

My target is to get a S+ in the next term but seeing how i go it might change if i get a S+ this term my goal will be M so i can challenge my self more to get better.

Homework

My math homework is going very well but i do need to catch up a bit cause i missed some work but i think i should try to understand the questions better by trying some exp questions for more practice in math.

In term 1.1 we studied poetry.

The anthology and poetry we studied found on childhood.

My favorite poem we studied was quieter than snow.

The skills we developed in this unit were retrieval, inference and analysis.

We also worked on how to write an analytical essay.

Strengths

I demonstrated a good understanding of the poems we studied.
I am able to select relevant quotes to support my ideas.
I am able to express my ideas clearly in a essay or a explanation.
I have used more than a quote to explain my ideas and conclusion.

Targets

I think i need to improve on using analytical verbs to explore the poet’s intentions.
I need to work on the structure of the poem such as the start,middle and end and how the story develops.
I think i should work on my connotations and language when writing such as my spelling

Term 1.2

In term 1.2 we have been studying persuasive speeches.

We analyzed some speeches made by famous people.

We also worked on writing our own persuasive speeches.

Strengths

I am able to use facts and statics to support my ideas.
I am able to structure by writing using dear paragraphs.
I am able to use ambitious vocabulary.

Targets

I want to try to think carefully about of using a range of devices.
I need to think carefully about my targeting the audience when i am writing.
I need to try and include more emotive language.

in my English lessons next term I must ensure that I focus and not get distracted.

In art my grade is a D how I Cana improve this is by paying more attention and trying to stay focused and not get distracted. Another way I can improve this grade is by practice drawing and get more experience.
