In this quote Hamlet says, "let me not think on't frailty thy name is woman". I believe its relevant to the story because what Hamlet is saying is that he thinks woman to be weak or fragile, this can relate to his mother because his mother marries the man whom is believed to killed his very own father/her husband. He might believe she is scared so she married him for protection of some sort.

The line "Frailty, thy name is woman!" implies that women are weak and easily influenced. In this context, the sentiment is directed specifically at Queen Gertrude, who Hamlet feels has betrayed his father by marrying so quickly after his death. Hamlet is disillusioned by his mother's actions, and he feels that she is a symbol of the weakness and frailty of women.

In this quote, Hamlet says,"Ah, I wish my dirty flesh would melt away into a vapor, or that God had not made it a sin to commit suicide." I think this is relevant because it is Hamlet expressing his distress over his father dying and his mother marrying his uncle. He is confused and has no idea what is going to happen next.

Claudius, who is now Hamlet's stepfather, asks Hamlet why he appears so sad, almost disregarding the fact that Hamlet's father has passed away. Hamlet then says that he is not sad, but that he is upset that he is now essentially Claudius's son. This is important because it shows how Hamlet feels about the situation at hand which may clue the audience in on what actions Hamlet may take in response to Claudius being his stepfather and being the new king.

the quote ¨ let me not think on ´ t- frailty thy name is woman! She ´ d follow my poor fathers body like Niobe, all tears .¨ Hamlet is saying that woman are not dominant and that they are weak. This quote is related to Hamlets mother, because his mother remarried a man who is rumored to have killed his own father. Hamlet also believed that his parents loved each other, so his mother remarrying devastated him even more, which is why he says¨frailty¨ out of anger.

This quote is important to the story because it starts to show Claudius' personality. He is asking this question just after Hamlet's father died, which feels almost as if he's mocking Hamlet for being upset, trying to play down his father's death. Hamlet's response also feels sarcastic, which could be showing that he may not intend to let Claudius mock him like this. It also foreshadows his eventual revenge on Claudius.

Hamlet is still grieving the death of his father and struggling with his mothers remarriage to his uncle, which makes him feel betrayed/alone. Hamlets mother seem to be happy as queen and doesn't understand Hamlet's emotional state.

The line "Ah, I wish my dirty flesh would melt away into a vapor, or that God had not made it a sin to commit suicide" is crucial to the plot of Hamlet because it conveys the character's overwhelming hopelessness and despair. Hamlet expresses his disgust with the world and his own existence in this soliloquy, and he longs for an end to his suffering. He is having a hard time accepting the death of his father and the betrayal of his mother, and he believes life has no longer any purpose. The phrase also reflects Hamlet's mixed emotions about suicide; he says that he wishes it weren't a sin, which implies that he has thought about using it as a means of escape from his suffering.Overall, the quote is important since it creates the tone for Hamlet's personality and his mental state at the start of the play. Additionally, it previews the play's central themes of mortality and the purpose of life.
