So, I wanna tell a general about DVSB and what I learn in week 1 at this company. 

Generally , DVSB was established in 2015. DVSB just provide main power under Kuala Lumpur Airport Service (KLAS) for international airport by Tiger Airways from Ipoh to Singapore only. Besides , DVSB mission is to ensure give a good performance. This is because DVSB its just sub company of KLAS. There are 2 departments in DVSB which is pax handling and ground handling.  

Pax Handling (PH) has counter staff, arrival, gate control, gate assistance and flight out staff. We can see that, PH is more to customer service agent. Meanwhile , in Ground Handling (GH) has ramp staff and technician. What I learn about this operations its about team works. All of staff need to a good communication to each others. This is because to ensure that company will get a smooth operation without any issues or delay. 

Today we got 2 flight, morning and evening. I'm still doing work as GA trainee. So, happy working DVSB! 📠 ✈

*FO need a excellent in English language and fluent to speak with captain pilot. 

We can see that, this company is multi tasking job. That's why I'm love that job. It's not bored. Everyday all of staff pax handling will rotates the position except flight out, only 3 staff will conduct the FO position. This is because, not many people can communicate easier with captain. Certain captain strictly and need patience skill to talk with him.

👉 Make sure all passengers get their luggage at conveyed place. 
👉 Make a report if had issue of luggage and handling that problems until customer satisfaction.

Today we have training of OSHA from KLAS until tomorrow from 0900AM-1200PM. I'm so lucky because they are give me the opportunity to attend the training. The important that training is if I want to continue in industry airlines, its benefit for me compared with others people who don't have experience. 

The speaker name is Rushen Dhiran (Safety Officer) from Penang KLAS. What I learned from this training is safety management. There are 5 important things of safety management in every company to ensure that company follow the OSHA act 1994 are :
👉 Safety policy should have at least 5 policies. 
👉 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) should wear in operation. 
👉 Emergency plan should do. 
👉 Hazard reporting
👉 Audit

As a conclusion, awareness should be in every person for self protector. A good quote from Sebastian (Head station KLAS from Penang) are :

📝 Staffs should take responsibility. Don't be selfish and help another staff after finished your own task.

At morning shift, the operation did smoothly but certain issued come out during checking passenger at counter 6. But, as counter staff if we did responsibility with follow the SOP its does not matter if passenger still bring over than 10 kg. That's passenger fault. The issue is that passenger seated 5B (thru passenger) bring baggage over than 10 kg (15kg). As counter 6, I advice her need to take out to make below than 10 Kg only and can accept for checking. However, She told me already take out and I'm weighting again that baggage but still over weight (13kg). She appeal to counter staff then counter 6 Mr.Zulfa allowed her to bring it. Then, during boarding process at gate that passenger bring another baggage without cabin tag and the luggage already checked over than 10 kg. I asked the Duty Manager Ms. Wardati about that case, so as counter need to advice her either checking that baggage or take out to ensure that baggage below than 10 kg then as a counter staff can't accept that passenger who are bring the baggage over than 10 kg but she still break the rules and appeal at staff. 

At evening flight we got nothing issued during operation. The flight was air bound early than standard time departure (STD) So, come on let's back home! 🚗💨💃

The issues are we got missing 1boarding pass at gate and baby stroller want to check in at cargo without baggage check in tag. The issues finally solved before time out for boarding process. The solution are 1passenger missing the boarding pass at gate was found at on the aircraft then the owner baby stroller was found the number seated 2C. 

At evening flight, Alhamdulillah nothing issues during boarding process at gate. Let's back home! 

👣 For my part as GC position, I like to see families traveling. If they are bring every each person 2 baggage hand carry I more suggest them to off load their luggage because we afraid at the same time they seat row together and our compartment head to limited space.
