         <description><![CDATA[<div>(Grade 5):  The enhanced Seesaw product allowed for many ways for students to communicate their ideas.  We used Epic to actually have social studies and science texts that were accessible to all (we got parent permission to use).  I liked using Nearpod, but my kids had  connectivity issues at home, but I would like to continue to use that.  Generation Genius has amazing science resources.  I would love having more individualized access to Brainpop, because their activities that go along with the videos are really useful, but sometimes better done individually.  We used Newsela a little to find reading resources, would probably use more in the future.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I especially like 1 teaching 1 assisting for DL because there is that blend of tech knowledge being taught, and then bringing in the content areas from the classroom.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Chris and Heather have been really receptive to all coaching and planning.  I will often approach them and say, I am thinking of doing a project for our animal adaptation unit, I am thinking of doing x, but what tech can I use for the project?  They are great about suggesting tools and spending time  (sometimes outside of their scheduled time) to help make those things happen.  But, a lot of this happens on the fly or in quick coversations as the year goes on.  It would be really helpful to have time once a month to map out where we are going and what we are doing.  Also, the added challenge is if different members of a grade level team have different levels of comfort with tech and integrating tech.  Sometimes it is not useful to do this planning as part of grade level collab because different teachers are not interested in adapting as much.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What really helps is a longer amount of time on a topic with time to practice, refine a skill. So instead of having hour long classes on discrete topics, I would prefer like, a 3 part class on building a hyperdoc, or how to really put a whole project together.  I need time to learn by doing, and one hour lessons often don't allow for that time and coaching.  That being said, I think that our DL team has been amazing at meeting teachers where they are and supporting us however they can and more importantly WHENEVER we need them.  They were like the best on-call resource ever.  I know that isn't sustainable, but it deserves a bi</div>]]></description>
