For example, modern-day Christmas has taken many of its traditions such as caroling from the Pagan holiday Yule. This in a way sorta defuses a little bit of the tensions between some of the religions because they are great influences to each other. But at the same time, there's a lot of stigma between each and every diverse community because of how different yet similar they are from one another. A lot of these holidays have been commercialized and at times for some feel artificial. Since humans are social creatures culture is the backbone of what makes us who we are for better or for worse. Elements such as laws and customs provide a positive and even a set of traditions for each. An example of these traditions can be found in something as simple as the change in fashion styles every season and similar decorations for each of those seasons.
