Il y a beaucoup de propositions, ce n'est pas pour tout faire, mais pour que chacun trouve des choses à son goût, à son rythme, selon son temps et ses envies.
S'intéresser à notre corps, en ce moment , c’est aussi s'entrainer aux gestes barrières, pour nous permettre de retrouver les autres.

Donnez à votre enfant un défi kinesthésique avec la danse des parties du corps. Allumez son air préféré et appelez une partie du corps, la seule qui sera présentée dans la danse jusqu’à ce que la suivante soit appelée. Par exemple, vous pouvez appeler « bouche ! » et la danse se déroule en plissant les lèvres, en remuant la langue, etc. Après un certain temps, vous appelez une autre partie du corps comme « les doigts ! » et ainsi de suite.

Matériel : un lecteur CD avec une chanson amusante
 Durée : 5-10 minutes
 Nombre de joueurs : 1 et plus
Lancez la musique, les enfants doivent danser en utilisant tout l’espace mis à disposition, lorsque vous arrêtez la musique, vous nommez à haute voix un membre du corps (bras gauche, bras droit, jambe gauche ou jambe droite). Les enfants doivent alors s’arrêter et lever le membre qui a été nommé le plus rapidement possible.
Mais il y a un truc  fou, vous pouvez aussi nommez deux membres en même temps et si vous dites, par exemple, jambe gauche et jambe droite les enfants vont devoir se mettre sur les fesses pour réussir à lever les deux jambes. Fous rires assurés !!!

Ce jeu est une variante de la course aux couleurs où les enfants doivent aller toucher le plus vite possible un objet d’une certaine couleur. Mais pour cette version les enfants vont utiliser les différents membres du corps humain. Votre rôle est de nommer haut et fort une couleur et un membre du corps (bras gauche, bras droit, jambe gauche ou jambe droite), les enfants doivent alors aller toucher un objet de la couleur citée avec le membre qui a été nommé. Exemple : si vous dites « bleu, jambe gauche », les enfants doivent aller toucher un objet bleu avec leur jambe gauche.
