When the grandma finds the box, will she know what to do with it? At this point we are at step 1 of a mystery story. Step 1- Let the audience know something that is important, Step 2 let one of the characters know this, Step 3- Defuse the tension. We as an audience know that the box probably has something to do with lights and we know that it will fix the problem but the characters don't know that so soon one of the characters are going to find out something about the lights or the box.

i found out that linas friend lizzy her boyfriend is a theif and the grany died thats sad :( and there was a blackout i think its going to happen again but longer and the power wont come on and then there is going to be KAOS popy gets lost and the power goes back popy is found and everything goes back to normal until grany dies and yeah just alot of stuff is going on and soon kaos will happen

I thought this was a good passage because, even know it doesn't make sense, it does a good job of making the book immersive. An example of this is how they can only see a few parts of the words in the book, so its the same for the reader.
