I like to use my "experts" to help those who struggle.  For example, we are hula hooping in K-2 this week, and I have some really awesome hula hoopers. I also have kids who struggle to hoop around their arm or their knees. I use my "expert hula hoopers" to help teach the ones who struggle. Sometimes, they make more sense to the struggling student than I do.
