         <description><![CDATA[<p>When reading this patient's history, this image encaptures what I pictured this patient to be like in my head. I read about a young woman, in her room, laying on the floor. Dishevelled, covered in feces and crying. This image represents to me a person who is holding themself close, not in a great living condition who needs help. This is exactly how I feel about the patient I am assigned to in my mental health placement. </p>]]></description>
