         <description><![CDATA[<div>The bulgur wheat salad will help me achieve my goal of eating more whole grains because it contains bulgur, a whole-grain superfood. High in protein, it is also full of fiber.<br><br>The bran muffins give me a good serving of whole wheat as they are cooked with whole wheat flour instead of refined flour (white flour). Refined flour removes bran, vitamins, and nutrients. These muffins also call for a bran cereal in them. These are hearty and a good choice for breakfast.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Right now I would score my sleep at a 7/10. I generally feel well-rested but there are things I could do to improve my sleep. Some of those things would include not taking long naps during the day, being consistent with my sleep schedule, exercising during the day,  and not doing work or looking at my phone in bed.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Start bedtime routine by 10pm. Stop working before so that there is time to wind down before bed.<br>2. Wash your face and clean the dirt of the day out of your pores. Take off any makeup. Pat skin dry and apply moisturizer.<br>3. Aromatherapy with candles or essential oils. Rub the oils into your skin, and around the neck in calming scents such as lavender or bergamot.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;4. Plug in your phone and computer in a space away from the bed.<br>5. Turn on a fan to reduce body temperature. Use a white noise machine.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
