It is situated in Catalonia, Barcelona is the province. The municipality covers 22'4km, and have 16.500 inhabitants (approximately)
IT doesn't have very important places, but you can go spend time in the main street. That street have full of shops and I'm sure then you can see Berga city.

It's very big and very long. It's located in Catalunya in the privince of Barcelona and its regon is Berguedà. It's  in the middle of Cercs and Vilada, and the river  wich goes to the resrevor is Llobregat River.

At first, there was a town near the river, but now the town has been flooded by the water of the reservoir, so you oly can see the top  of the church when the river carries little water.

Now Pantà de la Baells is  a great place to go with friends and lot of teenagers around it usually go there to go kakyaking or lungee jumping . Tere ara also a lot of activities you can do with your family. A part of a castle is from the Consell Colercal Berguedà, but before it was private.

When they restored the church, they found a lot of old pictures. The  present church was built in the 18th century.Another part of Queralt church is the cave.
The Virgin of Queralt is a wooden figure about 50 centimetres tall, representing the Virgin sitting with a wanderer on her right hand and the son sitting on her left knee.
You can also walk around Queralt.

This is an old festivity This is the celebration of the carriers.
In this party the animals are the stars, they are horses and donkeys. 
The children mount to the donkeys and the adults mount to the horses.
The people throw water from the balconies to the animals and the children who walk with them on the street.

And also it is called the ski resort but it is out of service now. It is the  only resort of Barcelona.

"TURCS I CABALLETS":
They dance in a round. They represent horses and fighters.
"MASSES":
They are demons with fire
"GUITES":
There are 2 "guites". They are like dragons. They have fire on its mouth and have a long neck.
"'ÀLIGA":The àliga is a figure of the PATUM. Is a importantvfigure. It has got a croun of the king.Is a knd of bird.
"NANS VELLS": They are big heads of persons of cardboard. They has got a real hair.
"GEGANTS":The giants are giants figures. There are four giants, younger giants and older giants.
"NANS NOUS": They are four. They are younger than "nans vells".
"PLENS": They are dimons fuls of fire. They are scarry.
"TIRABOLS":The tirabols in miday dancing and jumpin the four giants and the guites but at night dancing and jumping the older giants and the two guites.

2506,4 metres hihg. It's impresionality mountain is espectacular. In Pedraforca there are a lots of animals: birds, reptiles, invertebrates, etc...

There are about 800 students and 60 teachers. The name of the school is Guillem de Berguedà. In my school the students are from 11 to 18 years old. From 11 to 16, it is obligatory (compulsory) and from 16 to 18, students prepare to go to the university. 

Our subjects are CATALAN (our language), SPANISH (our language too), ENGLISH, (but some students are studying FRENCH), MATHS, HISTORY, SCIENCE, PE (sports), TECHNOLOGY COMPUTERS, MUSIC; ART. What about you?
