         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Funding, partnerships, etc.<br>2) Personal invitations, front row seats, school tshirt, etc.- making the community members feel special<br>3) Creating a network - students can go and shadow professionals at other jobs<br>4) Making sure we zero on people who are going to change the education of our students<br>5) Keeping the students in mind when creating partnerships<br>6) Finding funding for ideas&nbsp;<br>7) Track ideas that work, use data walls&nbsp;<br>8) Once they are pulled in, make sure the right partnerships are created and maintained<br>9) Formal meetings - brochures,&nbsp;<br>10) Understanding what partnerships want to get out of the situation<br>11) Providing volunteer opportunities for those who want to help and volunteer (Giving back, tutoring, mentoring, etc.)&nbsp;<br>12) Communication and networking are very important<br>13) Selling the school</div>]]></description>
