As the assigned coach, I expect a two-way, healthy learning environment among the group that fosters a safe space, open communication, and the multiplication of knowledge.

I'm eager to share my expertise in technical writing, development communication, and copy editing as I believe they will be valuable in this module.

Off duty, you'll find me indulging in chocolate ice cream, marveling at constellations, playing the piano, attempting to achieve "savage" in ML using Freya, and enjoying a serving of Bicol Express (na hindi maanghang haha).

I am willing to provide the assistance that my team needed from me. I'm not the leader type po kasi and I can't figured out pa po if what can I really contribute for them, lalo na at bago lang din po ako sa Department at first work ko ito.

When I have my free time, I play ML (we won last March on our Sportsfest - ML tournament here in CLBRZN, tamang brag ah haha), browse some reels and tiktok videos, sharing memes, nature trip, eating ramen, watching anime (wala na ring time kasi Module is Life na HAHA) and also as kua Jael have said earlier I prefer sleeping instead of reading books (inaantok po kasi talaga agad ako pag nagbabasa hahaha. Pero pag interesting po yung binabasa at need talaga ay napaglalaanan naman ng oras).

What I expect from coach Mark and all the other coaches throughout module 3 is that they will be able to provide us a deeper understanding on how to effectively and efficiently come up with the research necessary for specific data/topics and to grasp and understand how applied research is being utilized in the LGOO way of life.

I am very eager to put my best foot forward all the time and in all the activities that we will be encountering and will ensure that I'll always contribute to the success of the team.

I like to play basketball as shown in the photo because it makes me happy and makes me forget all other stressful things in life. But above all, spending time with family is the happiest time of the day.

What I am expecting coach is for you to guide us on our road of research in a layman's term and made our journey enjoyable, fun but lots of insights.

Normally I am always travelling around during breaks, especially long weekends. I always used to travel and have an adventure alone. Love eating around especially seafoods, alimasag, shellfish, alumpihang dagat and specially alimango na bakla cook in sweet and spicy sauce. Siguro "Tamilok" is the most crazy delicacies I already tasted excluding kalderetang aso and kinilaw na kambing with papaitan cooked Ilocano style.

Medyo slow down nako now as aging catch me up, medyo diet daw because of diverse health ailments. Pero still trying to live and live in God's grace day in and day out.

As newly appointed LGOO after 6 years na pagiging COS, looking forward na mas matuto sa mga operasyon ng ating kagawaran at mga gawain para sa lokal na pamahalaan at matuto sa mga kapwa appretices sa gabay ni Coach.

Contribute? Hmmm dasal lang po talaga (insert Alma Moreno pun). No kidding. Ako kasi taga dasal sa Team MIMAROPA. hahahah.

Hobbies? Hmmm. Working out o pagggym, alam sa RO na medyo aswang ako lalo na takot sa baqang at ng woworkout ng mga dis oras ng gabi or madaling araw. Motto ko ay Ora et Labora ibig sabihin dasal at trabaho lang para sa matagumpay na bagong umaga.

During this module, I expect Coach Mark to guide us in creating a concrete research topic project that will benefit the municipality of Liliw, Laguna. I can help identify the strength and weekness of the municipality of Liliw, applying my skills and knowledge from my past programs at DILG.

What or who makes me happy? Thirdy! :)

I expect that Coach Mark will guide us well in formulating our research paper by providing us honest feedbacks and criticism. In this way, we can produce a well structured research. Also, I expect him to be approachable, reliable, and understanding when we start to consult and raise our issues and concerns regarding our research paper. 

I am willing to give any help or assistance to my group mates and I will give my best to finish and comply with the requirements needed in this module. Additionally, I am willing to contribute and share my skills when it comes to providing layout and designing presentation decks. 

Whenever I’m out of office and on leave, you can find me traveling and trying out new things because I like exploring different cities and hanging out with my family and friends. Also, I enjoy watching movies and series alone whenever my social battery is low :D Lastly, I am a kdrama and kpop fan (GOT7 🐣)

I'm Patrick John Avisado from DILG Quezon.

What I am expecting po coach is for you to guide us throughout our journey in Module 3. Also we would like to know more about technical writing and to develop our confidence in communication through your help.

I am willing to share my knowledge po in environmental management and my wisdom from my past and present experiences in life.

During my free time, I love to sleep, watch anime and cook. My specialty includes pasta and steak. I enjoy doing physically demanding activities such as military trainings, recreational shooting and athletics. I am also an active member/officer of a youth organization.

I don't know why but sometimes, I like to spend my free time alone reflecting on my future plans and lessons that I learned from my previous mistakes.

And I also believe that,.... for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. (char!)

I anticipate the countless experiences, lessons, and insights that await us, knowing that each moment holds the potential to shape us into reliable and effective public servants. I hope that Sir Mark will lead and guide us to accomplish and complete our Module 3 journey.

I am very much excited to acquire insights into the challenges and opportunities inherent in local government administration. This LGU exposure symbolizes the start of a transformative journey into the field of local government. As apprentices, the only thing that I can contribute to the group is just being committed to embracing this opportunity passionately, with a spirit of humility and dedication.

There are so many reasons to be grateful for, and things that made me happy. One of these is being Meowdy-furdaddy. Meet my pretty baby-Stacey. Aside from cats, I also have love birds and cockatiels. Being a cat lover is a delightful and enriching experience. Cats, with their unique personalities and independent nature, have a way of capturing the hearts of those who appreciate their charm.

As we embark on module 3, I am looking forward to sessions filled with learnings and deep understanding about research. I am excited that Coach Mark will assist and give us clear guidance as we formulate our research study.  I hope that Sir Mark will also be our way to express our thoughts and opinions freely, without judgment, and with a welcoming aura. As we begin our session, we hope to learn from you po, not just the technical writing skill, but also how to enhance our public speaking skill. Research study has been one of the subjects I did not enjoy during college. (Taga-luto lang po ako ng pancit canton during the times we were working on our thesis. Joke lang po. 😀)

I am willing to share my knowledge that can greatly contribute to our group. I may not know everything, but whenever you need assistance, I am here to help. I may be shy to speak or share my thoughts at times, but I am willing to contribute if it will lead to our group’s success.

As an ambivert, I enjoy my alone time in my room watching movies, youtube videos, rewatching Run BTS (a variety show of a K-Pop boy group), practicing tik tok dance or sometimes taking naps. But I also love hanging out with my family or friends, going to our favorite spots to eat or just spending time together.
