         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I'm feeling stressed and anxious, I find it helpful to make lists. I make a<em> </em><em><mark>'to-do' list </mark></em>of all the things I need to do and a<em> </em><em><mark>'stress' list </mark></em>of everything that is stressing me out or making me feel anxious. <br><br>Then I go through the <mark>'to-do' list </mark>and figure out which things are most important, need to be done today and others which can be done another day. And I go through the <mark>'stress' list</mark> and cross off everything that won't matter in one week/month/year. The majority  is crossed off the list, and what remains is what's really causing me to feel anxious - then I can focus on dealing with that (if possible). </div>]]></description>

Swap lemons for lemon juice, use dried rosemary and I'd recommend using more honey than stated (as otherwise can be a little tart!). Everything goes into a big roasting dish so you can go off and enjoy the sun/do uni work while it cooks = perfect student meal!</div>]]></description>
