         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.what are some of the popular dishes in the country?<br>thailand popular dish is Tom Yum Goong with noodle(Spicy Shrimp Soup)<br>2.why is it popular?<br>it is popular because is a type of hot and sour Thai soup,usually cooked with shrimp (prawn).<br>3.what is the common ingredient used in their cooking?<br>vegetable broth,kaffir lime leaves,lemongrass,unpeeled galangal,<br>4.What are the common methods of cooking in their cooking?<br>1. Pour water in a cooking pot and bring to a boil.<br>2. Put-in galangal, lime leaves, lemon grass, tamarind paste, and fish sauce. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.<br>3. Add the shrimps and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.<br>4. Put-in the onion, straw mushrooms, and chili paste then simmer for another 5 minutes.<br>5. Add chili and tomato then simmer for one minute.<br>6. Put-in the lime juice and cilantro then turn off the heat.<br>7. Transfer to a serving bowl.<br>8. Serve hot.
