Hi friends, i know some of you all have exams, right ?. So , you have feelings like sad,angry,unhappy and exhausted. So i have some thing that it will feel you better.

Here are some insturtion for you to feel calm

1. Play your favourite songs or listen to them in online.
2. Draw something interesting.
3. Exercise everyday
4. Dance or sing
5. Always tell your feelings to your trusted friends or your parents if you keep them in your heart then when you do exams you will be angry yourself
