Ashley, it’s been an absolute feast having you in our PfP kitchen! I can honestly say I learned from the best! You taught me SO much, whisking through every challenge, seasoning every moment with your kindness, creativity, and heart.

Working alongside you has been the perfect team recipe with a dash of laughter, a pinch humble & hungry, and a whole lot of passion and care for others. You’ve truly been the secret ingredient that made us better.

As you hang up your apron here and move on to your next adventure, know that you leave behind a PfP kitchen (and a crew!) that's better because of you. We can't wait to see all the amazing dishes you’ll cook up in the future. They are going to LOVE you!!

Ashley,

It has been such a joy to watch you blossom into your role at CharacterStrong. You brought magic to every space and we are better because of it. As a huge contributor to PFP, you will always be a part of our team. As you join the Pfp alumni, we honor you as one of the MVPs that poured their heart into making our curriculum better for kids and in turn creating a more loving world through education. The world is already more loving because you’re in it.

Ashley- we joined CharacterStrong as Curriculum Interns and became PM Interns at the same time, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way! It has been such a privilege to work alongside you. From uploads, to countless QC's, fixes, and now future PM's in the making, you have been there for every up and down in the curriculum world at CS! I know your impact goes well beyond just the Tier 2/3 space, where you have made strides in PfP and Tier 1! One thing is clear- you have made such a difference in so many spaces and on so many people. Your positive energy is contagious & your passion for the work you do is so evident in the way you approach tackling anything and everything. You will be so so missed, and I wish you all the best in your next adventure <3

It’s hard to believe your time with us is wrapping up. You’ve been such a standout teammate, and we’re really going to miss you.

From the start, you brought this amazing mix of initiative and skill that’s honestly pretty rare. You didn’t just take things on—you owned them, and you did it with such clarity and care. I am so lucky to have spent the past year in such close proximity to your work. You are incredibly driven, creative, eager and never bogged down by a challenge, and always ready to jump in. I have loved having you in our co-learning sessions and hearing the brilliant ways your brain processes project management. Even though I have only known you for a few weeks, I have loved getting to know you and work with you! You are such a joyful and sweet person, and I truly felt so welcomed by you.
