         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ironically, I find that I have much more of a growth mindset at work. I am excited to try new things and am open to change/something not working out. At home, not so much - as my husband can tell you when he tried to get me on a steep 🤬 when skiing or when we go to an Italian restaurant (I order the same things). I think my fixed mindset shows up around things that really scare me</div>]]></description>
