Our initial idea is to develop a two-module model with two participant groups:

Group A: Finland-based participants

Group B: International participants

Parts of the programme could be delivered jointly for both groups, creating added value through international collaboration and peer learning. Other parts could be tailored separately for each group.

The primary teaching language would be English, although for the Finnish group we could consider a combination of Finnish and English — this is something we haven’t defined in detail yet.

We also believe the marketing potential is strong, as we already have established networks in the field of career counselling across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
