I learned how to better incorporate some of the eduprotocols across content matter.

I learned and became a little more confident in implementing new eduprotocols to my classes.

I appreciate the Smart Start for the beginning of the year. I'm looking forward to beginning with these next year with low cognitive filter to introduce them and build class community.

Fast and Curious made it fun to learn new vocabulary words.
Thin slides is a quick way to get students started. It was fun seeing everyone's ideas. Students will be excited to share.
Edu Protocols is a great way to engage students no matter the subject matter.

I learned to implement the following strategies: thin stack, fast and curious, hexagonal thinking.

1) I can use Hexagonal thinking with Math - such as fact families. Aso through Vocabulary, sound of the week - connecting words to their specific ending sounds.

2) 8 parts - I can use the images for SEL time. Example: showing a picture of courage and students will write a sentence/paragraph. Also, For Social Studies, Using one of the images and writing a paragraph by breaking it down with the 8 parts.

3) Padlet - I can use the padlet for the Big Idea for each beginning unit for Wonders. Students can write their answers during Guided Reading time and then share as a whole class afterwards.
