I want to add more information to my assignment about nutrients and how they affect a person's life in a positive and negative way. I also want to pay more attention to case studies, talk more about individuals, analyse their lifestyle, diet and health status and include this in my work to explain my point and how it applies to certain people with certain diseases or life problems with a clear example.

In my nutritional health assignment, I will explore the importance of balanced nutrition in maintaining overall well-being and preventing illnesses. I will discuss essential nutrients carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals and their role in supporting the body’s functions. I will also highlight how poor nutrition can contribute to health issues like obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Additionally, I will include dietary guidelines, meal planning strategies, and the importance of staying hydrated. Since everyone has unique nutritional needs based on age, lifestyle, and health conditions, I will emphasize the role of nutritionists in providing personalized advice to promote healthier eating habits.

I think I have done pretty well with this assignment. I have chosen to work with two different people from two different age groups (74 and 36) and I was able to identify what they should eat and not eat.
