The book details attributes on how to be a good friend like active listening, being an ally and sharing with others. I adapted this book and my students loved to see the colors and words that related to their peers in class. This book goes great with the friendship theme and ties into diversity and inclusion. Being in New York City, alot of our students are in extremely diverse classrooms. This brings into light the variety of friends to be made in school and how to support them with a little help and care :)
