I enjoy building close relationships and this strength will help me to build strong relationships among my team members which will result in strong team. I look toward the future with our goals in sight. I am able to see the end result vividly in my mind which helps see the larger picture of what myself and my team our trying to accomplish. This strength will help me to push my team and myself toward those goals. I typically strive to maintain positivity especially when working with others and I also look to find the best outcome or attempt to retain some sort of excellence. This strength will help our team by perfecting those imperfections and striving for excellence. This strength will push me to address our weaker aspects of our project and explore possibilities of how to improve our project. As team leader I am fair when it comes to delegating tasks. I strive to treat everyone equally and to implement the same amount of work for everyone. I do not believe in favoritism. This strength will promote a good moral within or team. Lastly, I believe that everything is connected and happens for a reason. Our team has come together on purpose on part of some larger picture for us to implement this project. It was meant to be. This belief that I obtain will help our team maintain encouragement and reinforce that our project and team members have a purpose for imitating this project.

Amelia is a great asset to our team by her use of adaptability she is able to change directions easily and is flexible in any direction our team. Carter has wonderful communication skills and will use these skills to help engage with our target audience. Pablo's positivity is contagious and will bring great positive energy to our team especially when we get faced with a difficult problem. Ivy's individualization will help our team members identify their strengths and help create a productive team. Fernando has a strong ability to focus which will push our team to focus on the task at hand.
