Hi there! My name is Kelsie and I was born and raised on Amelia Island, Florida. Since I grew up at the beach, I have always loved being outside and doing things such as surfing, running, fishing, hunting, dirt bike racing, and really anything else you can name. Even with all of that going on, my passion has always been volleyball. I play court volleyball as well as beach volleyball and just recently became a High School Varsity Coach. I love playing more than anything but I have to say that coaching now has a special place in my heart. I truly enjoy being able to share my passion with the team as well as being a leader and someone they can come to when they have any issues at all.

Companies often have potential employees go through testing and assessment to determine if they would be a good fit for the job. I think this is smart in employee selection because it can help an employer find the best person for the job. https://www.forbes.com/sites/lisaquast/2011/09/13/pre-employment-testing-a-helpful-way-for-companies-to-screen-applicants/#59e6fbc62606

This image says so much about leadership style. If a manager just bosses their staff around and tells them what to do without helping then they will not be very successful. If a manager works with their staff and helps them along then they will end up being far more successful. I like this image because it shows the major differences in leadership styles and the outcomes.

For example, engineering, statistics, algorithms, mathematical modeling, improving an organizations's rational decisions, and even maximizing profit. I feel like this image is a good example of management science because everything has to be done so carefully, if there is more of one thing and not enough of another then something could "blow up" into a huge issue.

Any data that a manager collects in a business can create a big picture of information for the business. The business can then use that information to update or create new policies.
