         <description><![CDATA[<div>This article from the NY Times describes how President Eisenhower used TV ads to beat his opponent in his presidential campaign and he was the first candidate to effectively use the TV for ad campaigns.&nbsp;<br>This will help me with my APUSH paper because it talks about how even though many were spectacle about the use of  ads on TV it worked very well for him and he won the presidency very handily.</div>]]></description>
