1. Audience Similarity & Cross-Border Reach

   • Similar entertainment and content preferences to Singapore (e.g., K-dramas, variety shows, regional YouTube content).

   • Content produced in Malaysia can easily flow back to Singapore and the wider Malay-speaking market (Indonesia, Brunei).

   • There are many Singaporean actors over the years that broaden their career to Malaysia in terms of acting or media in general because it brings a bigger exposure to various Asian countries.

   • Malaysia has larger land availability, making it easier and cheaper to set up film sets, green screen stages, or outdoor shoots.

   • Example: Unlike land-scarce cities like Singapore, Malaysia has open areas, warehouses, and abandoned locations that can be converted into cost-effective filming zones.

Malaysia has a stricter media content regulation compared to Singapore particularly concerning the political content, religious sensitivity and sexual content.

A country we will expand to is Vietnam, Vietnam is the highest producer of eggs in ASEAN, and their population consumes a lot of eggs. Vietnam produces 28,221 metric tonnews of plaastic waste in the ocean

Vietnam has a population of 100 million and produces 19 billion eggs a year, an increasing number.

Vietnam also has more land space for us to manufacture the packaging.

Vietnam trades with Singapore, their bilateral trade amounts to 31 billion in 2024

Concern: China produces more eggs than Vietnam and we might get taken over by the Chinese in the market.
