In 2022, I was facing a lot of challenges in my life. I was struggling in school, I was working long hours, and I was feeling isolated from my community. I was I often feeling stressed, anxious, and angry.

I decided that I needed to make a change. I started focusing on my mental health, I started spending more time with my loved ones, and I started taking better care of myself.

In 2023, I am feeling much better. I am doing well in school, I am working less, and I am feeling more connected to my community. I am still facing challenges, but I am better equipped to handle them.

After finishing school in Cusco, my parents offered me the opportunity to move to a new city (that is, Tacna) to study. I was excited for the chance, but also nervous about leaving my home and family.

The move was difficult at first. I missed my friends and family, and I felt lost in the new city. However,little by little I got used to my new life, I made new friends.

By the end of my first year, I felt happy and fulfilled. I had managed to adapt to my new life and had made friends who would be important for me.
