That they were always welcomed, cared for, supported, and seen as more than just students, but people who have lives outside of school.

I would want students to remember that there was always someone there for them, whether that was me, a teacher, a staff member out at lunch, or someone from the Office... I want students to remember a connection they had and how it made a difference in their life.
