I have seen the ways that our network was gaining momentum through doing deep work around DEI. To the extent that I'm able, I would like to bring the work back and CRSE as a framework would be very helpful.

I would like to gain resources and specific items that can be shared and implemented into our system of practices and professional learning opportunities for staff, but also parents and families; in turn, our students and as a collective because they are the future and will unfortunately have to preserve through it all, just as we have for many years and still do...especially as it continues to be politically charged.

A toolkit

Teachers and principles alike are overwhelmed and overworked. Anything that simplifies the process of integrating CRSE into daily operations is helpful. I think a toolkit or done-for-you PD sessions would be a great start.

Create Deliverables

If we create deliverables and connections to others at least to grow the group and present this in a manner that is comprehensible for all, this would be a win!

My district is very resistant to implementing CRSE work. We are a district with leadership that is stuck in the past and is very happy in returning to the past. We are also a district that is becoming increasingly diverse and many are resistant to change.
