Series of fitness programmes sound spectacular for World Health Day. This programme will definitely captivating student attention to stay active and keep fit. There are few activity that i had in mind to liven up this programme. I do like to suggest color run as one of the activity because running is exercise that require high pulse. This could increase theis adrenaline and make them become more active. Thus , with the adding of color will make the running activity became more fun since not everyone loved running. Students will have memories with their friends and have a good laugh to see each other covered in colours. Besides, I also would like to suggest fitness camping as one of the activity. A few activities that are suitable for students is exploration. “Exploration To Health” is one of the best activities because student needs to play the games to answer the questions before proceeding to the next station. From playing the games and running to chase time from one station to another station, it can be healthy activities because there are a lot of movements and using energy especially when the games is harder. For instance, Red-Light game while binding their feet with their friends. Other than that, we can do exercises for students like aerobic dance. It will be so much fun when we play the viral musics that suits with student styles. From aerobic dance, it can build our muscles and gain energy instead of being healthy.

This is because, as you know, I have not been away from my family too far and long so I am kind of scared that I will get homesick very easily. I also have never been abroad making the idea of going abroad alone very terrifying. Other than that, I think local universities offers more variety of courses that internationally thus why i choose to continue my bachelor’s degree locally.
