The food in Oceania is directly oriented to there natural resources. Because of their location, they have an aboundance of fish in the ocean. This makes the fish there main resource. The environment shapes what the counrty is as a whole and what they eat because of the marine life located and limited resources.

Oceania is a region made up of thousands of islands throughout the central and South Pacific Ocean. It includes Australia, the smallest continent in terms of land area. Due to the small size of their country and the fact that it is an island, the continetand all the surrounding islands are very isolated. Although this makes them seperated from the rest of the world sometimes, it makes the people within the country closer.

The Australian Outback has effected the counrty as a whole on many levels. It is a dry and inhabbitable area taking up most of Australia's land. Due to the conditions of the land, agriculture is not common in Australia. Therefore, they need lots of crops to come in that they can not grow.

The Great Barrier Reef is an important resource to Australia's economy. The reef takes a huge part of the marine life, which is what supports the people and economy. However, the bleaching is effecting the oceans ecosystem, which as an effect is bis causing there to be less tourism. As an effect, this is bringing down Australia's economy.

Within the past century, the Great Barrier Reef has began to see a large issue due to our polution. We all here about global warming in the new, but don't realize the issues that it truly causes. Coral bleaching, is in fact, an effect of global warming. If the global warming continues, so will coral bleaching, soon this reef will be distroyed, which will greatly effect the lives of those in Australia

Australia is in the southern hemisphere, making their seasons opposite to those in Europe and North America. The tropical zone has two seasons, summer and winter, while the tempersate zone has all four seasons. The people in Australia have to dress accordingly to the hot or cold weather. Fun Fact. because the seasons are opposite, the Australian's Christmas is in the summer, showing how this is effective with the different seasons in different months.
