We can assume, then, that higher areas of population density are the source of this pollution (since more people in that area = more people consuming energy and driving cars). China had rapid population growth though when they put the one child policy their birth rates declined. They have SEZ's which are zones that are not controlled by the government but control by the people. In these zones people can determine who, where, how ,and why they are selling their product without the control of the government deciding for you. Even though there are SEZ's some parts of China are still controlled by the government which means that they are determining how much, to whom, for whom, and where you are selling the product. Even though China calls themselves a communist one party country they use capitalistic for their economy and censor information and thoughts the government does not approve. They are a authoritarian state and not much different from North Korea. Very harsh jail and punishment ruling. China’s censorship laws are very strict, they block anything that has to do with the information regarding the government, religious or cultural information. They have blocked twitter and facebook due to rumors that could be spread and started. They also block google and journals so that the people don’t search for content.
