STIGMA may be something that you fear in life but your mental health and safety should be a priority. 
One part of my theory of change is teaching students at a young age the truth about mental illness and why people shouldn’t fear it. The more educated people are on the topic the less likely they are to jusdge; the goal is for people to view mental illness kind of like wearing glasses, it may be a disadvantage but it’s not the end of the world.
Another part would be conditioning teachers and other officials to recognize stigma and combat it in the classroom and other public places

A lot of people are afraid to seek proper medical help because they are afraid of being diagnosed, and lose a job opportunity.
