First Day of School-August

My first day of school was a relief. It was a relief because I was tired of being inside doors, mainly because I didn't want to go out due to the extreme heat. It was also a relief because I finally got to see my friends again after two months. I would say my classes were pretty good, too. I had new teachers for every class except YearBook (I had him for English last year). I would have to say, that my favorite courses are English, Football, History, and YearBook. I like these classes because they are fun to learn in I would say. I like how my teachers teach me face to face, and how kind they are. This school year has been better than freshman year. I say this because I did not get along with my teachers as I do now.

First QB Varsity start-september

this day was something else. It was amazing but bad at the same time. Practice leading up to the game I had heard a rumor that I would be starting but didn't want to believe it. come gameday, the rumors we're true. I was anxious, nervous, but excited. the game started off by a run play but it was a read and I had pulled it for a 20 yard gain. My first ever running attempt. the rest of the game was boring with the final score being 7-11, with us coming out on bottom. this game was a lesson and taught me valuable things. overall a great experience.

First Varsity passing Touchdown-September

this experience was like no other. I still remember this like If it was yesterday. The game started off with me starting on defense. I was having a okay game. The refs we're mostly against us so that right there made the game harder. towards the end of the 3rd quarter, the starter went down. My number was called and I had to step up. My first ever passing attempt went for a 35 yard completion. Afterward, we ran a rol out play for another completion putting us into first and goal. after some plays and getting stopped, it was fourth and goal. we had nothing to lose so we untimely went for it. it ended up in our favor, being good and scoring. Then and there was my first ever varsity passing touchdown.

First Homecoming Game-October

this day did not end up how I wanted it to. This day was a diaster! the night started off by was having possession first. We drove down the field into the redzone but did not convert. After we turned the ball over, Alta loma converted and we're up. I was devastated but could not give up. we had the ball and while I rolled out, I got hit untimely turning the ball over and getting hurt. My nightmare has came true. not being able to hurt and being down was the worst thing that could've happened to me. losing in front of our homecrowd was not a good feeling. this night was one to learn from.

First Senior Night!-October

This night was one to remember! This game was the best game I've ever had playing football. It was senior night, and we did everything we could to say thank you to our seniors. We started off the game metel to metal with either converted. We ended up scoring first and having all of the momentum. That quickly went away as they quickly scored right after. We scored again and we're in full swing, but once again they scored again. Coming back from the half, we we're motivated and ready. They had scored and we're up for some time. After a while we scored and we're up with four minutes remaining as we could not convert and turn over the ball. Although we lost, it was a learning lesson and one to remember for our seniors.
