Dr. Miller was born and raised just outside of Buffalo, New York in the town of Clarence. He attended high school at St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute and then went on to pursue his degree in physical therapy at Gannon University for seven years. Shortly after graduation, he took an internship at the UC San Diego Medical Center to help rehab patients that were injured or recovering from surgery. After a year of working in San Diego at the hospital, he decided to move to Monterrey, California to take an opportunity given by a traveling physical therapist who he met at the hospital. This opportunity was to work in the individual's physical therapy practice. He worked hard every day to better learn his craft and to see how a practice works. This stint did not last long though as after only a year he decided to leave to create his own practice. In his work experiences, he made a strong network of people in the field. This became useful as many people wanted to come work for his new practice. Dr. Miller's practice utilized the newest technology and extremely qualified staff to differentiate his practice from the others. After receiving a decent amount of recognition, patients, and awards, he took the next step as he made his practices into a chain. Some states with locations include: New York, Nevada, California, Florida, Texas, Vermont, Colorado, and Montana. Still, all of the practices received praise because of the maintaining of quality staff and effort put into patients due to Dr. Miller's continuous hard work to hire the right people and watch them in the works. Dr. Miller finally called it quits this past February after 35 years of amazing work.

The births of his two sons and two daughters was the happiest moment of his entire life. The runner-up best moment of his life was when he got married to his amazing wife that he has been happily married to for 37 years now. Another major event was his graduation from Gannon University. Also the day his first physical therapy practice opened was something he will remember clearly for a very long time. One of his proudest moments in life was when his wife received her first job offer on ABC for the news. Lastly, the most proud moments of his life came with each kids graduation from college to show him and his wife that they raised their kids well.

Throughout Dr. Miller's entire life one of his most favorite interests/activities has been baseball. He played baseball from the time he was seven years old until college was over at Gannon University. One of his proudest moments was winning the Georgetown Cup in high school as he pitched the entire championship game and got the final out of the game. After college he played in a beer-league for softball with his coworkers at the UC San Diego Medical Center. After that was over he shifted to watching baseball as he reminisced on his days of playing it. Aside from that his all time favorite thing is spending time with his kids and wife. He loves nothing more than to be able to watch them grow, take them to sporting events and watch, or watch a good TV show with his wife. Also, one of his favorite things to do is travel as he expressed the importance of seeing the world to everyone that he knew. He has traveled to an unbelievable amount of places as he saved more for travel with his family than anything else. His interests were quite simple, but enough to make him one of the happiest men around.
