In the lesson, I have projected some of the videos to show the 4 years old children about the misbehaviour that they should not do it. The children focused on the lesson which the animation and audio presented has attracted the children's concentration. The children easily to capture and understand the meaning of the misbehaviour through the animation compared to only giving the explanation and show some pictures. The children face difficulties to understand and imagine some things if that’s explained in verbally, especially the children of 4 years old. Therefore, the animation gave the children a direct concept of misbehavior in the lesson.

Google engine is a platform for the student to do some research on the topic that they wish to know and a tool to help them complete their homework. Facing the scientific terms and information that my student cannot understand, Google engine is easy for her to get the answer. However, the results from google are varieties and take some time to analyse the reliability and validity. She needs to spend some time and effort to find out the answer from the result she get from google. As a teacher, I have to guide her to get the answer she wanted from the google and lead her to the correct way to use the platform. Besides, she also able to use the platform at home by herself with the methods and guidelines that I provided.  

It found pros and cons for my student to use digital tools thus the roles of the teacher is important to assists the student to explore the function of  digital tools.

  • Form today's lesson, the statement that inspired me which is “The insufficient of resources and facilities of digital and technology tools lead failure to conduct lessons and activities that involve digital and technology tools to the students.” 
    •  
    • In my opinion, that is absolutely the resources and facilities that the government provided are not enough for the teachers to conduct the lesson and activities that involve technology tools. The numbers of computers, projectors, and also other digital tools are not catching up with what the government has stated in the plan. The students have less opportunity to explore the function of technology tools and also use it to do their activity. Besides, the training for the teachers to use the technology also not enough and lead the failure of using the technology tools in their classroom. However, the trouble with the condition of technology tools and the connection of the internet also makes the teachers feel frustrated and wasting lots of time when the lesson is going on. Therefore, most of the teachers not willing to apply digital and technology tools in their lessons and activities.

There are a few recommendations that I would like to raise up:
    1. The compound of the schools is big until the connection does not reach some areas. Therefore, the schools should test the connection for all areas and then install another modem for the areas which are weak of network connection.
    2. Teachers should take responsibility to handle their technology tools that install in their classrooms with care and updated the information and skills from the technical department to avoid the technology tools in the down system.
    3. Industry training is a must for the teachers to update themselves to utilize the technology tools. The schools should send their teachers to attend the training and organize the in-service training to ensure the teachers able to use the latest digital tools and technology tools.
    4. Decrease the double work that the teachers should do. For example, the teachers should use the application to update the students’ attendance. But the schools request the teachers take attendance in their attendance book as well. So, it makes the teachers have to do double work. In fact, this action was wasting the teacher’s time and effort. The schools should analyze the works in double and cut down the unnecessary work for the teachers to increase the efficiency of the teachers to learn and use digital tools and technology tools.

Technology can access the knowledge and information faster than we use the manual way such as search from books. It also supports the teachers in planning the lessons and teaching in the classroom. Effective learning occurs when digital and technology involved in the lessons. The private and international schools able to apply digital and technology in their classroom. They also offer elective activities such as the robotic program for the students to get the opportunity to explore, create, and access. In fact, most of the national schools have a lack of digital and technology tools for the teachers to apply in their classrooms and also the insufficient numbers of computers for the students to explore and access. They don’t even have the opportunity to “touch” the computer as well during their Technology lesson which listed in their time table.
