I graduated high school in 2019, and a month after graduation, the history buff in me took me on a school trip to Europe for two weeks in June 2019 where I visited 7 different countries (Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, France, and the United Kingdom) and 10 cities. My time in Europe inspired me to want to teach European History, however I'm open to all types of history! I started my higher education at Arkansas State University-Mountain Home, where I graduated with an Associate's Degree in 2021. I started attending University of Arkansas that same year. I originally majored in theatre, but I dropped that and switched to journalism. Then I dropped that, and after realizing teaching was my calling, I switched to Social Studies Education. I have been doing this for over a month, and I love doing it! Over the time I have subbed in different schools and classes, I've learned that my most favorite grade to teach so far has to be 7th grade!
