To me, mental health means how I manage my thoughts, emotions, and everyday challenges. It’s not just about avoiding stress or sadness, but about feeling balanced and strong enough to handle life. When my mental health is good, I feel more confident, focused, and connected to the people around me. I believe it’s just as important as physical health and should be talked about openly. Taking care of my mental health helps me do well at school, maintain good friendships, and feel good about myself.

The internet and social media can help us stay connected, find support, and learn about mental health. However, constantly comparing ourselves to others online or experiencing cyberbullying can lead to low self-esteem, anxiety, or depression. Too much screen time can also affect our sleep and make us feel disconnected from real life.
